Brandon Demond Moss was born on 5 March 1994 in Meridian, Mississippi. Every LSUA roster he ever appeared on lists his hometown as Bessemer, Alabama — which is where the 205 in his handle comes from. It is the Birmingham area code.
He played his college basketball at LSU Alexandria, an NAIA programme in Louisiana, graduating in 2018. Over two seasons and 70 games he scored 1,161 points and pulled 531 rebounds, with 173 assists, 84 steals and 98 blocks. He was a two-time NAIA Second Team All-American, RRAC Newcomer of the Year in 2016–17, twice All-RRAC First Team, and the 2017 RRAC Tournament Co-MVP. In June 2025 LSUA named him to its Men’s Basketball All-Decade Team.
Since then he has played professionally in Argentina, Chile, the Dominican Republic and Taiwan, and in the United States. His 2025–26 season for Yulon Luxgen in Taiwan’s SBL produced 26.1 points and 18.0 rebounds a game across 36 games — including a 43-point night and three separate 29-rebound games.
In June 2024 he was taken first overall in the BIG3 Draft by the 3 Headed Monsters. He is now a co-captain of the Chicago Triplets.
